- The licence is billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time.
- Cancelling closes the agency roster and team view. Your agents keep their own accounts and their own data.
- Commission follows the partner terms: an agent belongs to whoever's link was on their first paid subscription, and refunds reverse the commission they came from.
- You never earn commission on your own subscription.
- If the licence lapses, you're still paid the commission earned through the end of the month you paid for. Commission earned after that is put on hold — it keeps adding up and is released in full the moment the licence is back in good standing.
- Owners see activity and score summaries only — never recordings, transcripts or call notes.
