Before Silent Echoes listens

• Tone analysis runs on this device — audio is never recorded or uploaded for it.
• Live QA is separate and opt-in: only when you press “Start Live QA” are short audio windows sent for transcription, and neither the audio nor the transcript is stored.
• Only derived numbers (tone score, state changes, cue text) are saved to your account.
• You can pause coaching for a single call, or disable it entirely, at any time.
• Revoke this consent whenever you like from Settings.

Trials run on the unlisted Chrome Web Store channel: testers install once and Chrome auto-updates them, so nobody has to reload an unpacked folder after every build. The signed package below is the artefact you upload to that channel.

Web Store (recommended): upload the .zip to your developer dashboard, set visibility to Unlisted, and share the install link with testers — updates land automatically within hours of each version bump.
Local build: unzip, open chrome://extensions, enable Developer mode, then “Load unpacked”.
Coaching only runs when the admin rollout is on and the installed version is at or above the minimum set in the console.
