Terms, privacy and refunds

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older and using Silent Echoes for your own licensed insurance work or your agency's work.

Your account is yours alone. Don't share your sign-in. Agencies buy a licence and bring agents on under their own accounts.

Your subscription

Plans bill monthly in advance. A trial requires a card and turns into a paid month automatically unless you cancel before it ends.

Founder seats are limited. A founder seat is $99.99 a month for the first twelve months and then moves to the standard rate; that change is shown to you before you buy and again in your account.

You can cancel any time. Cancelling stops the next charge and you keep access until the end of the month you already paid for.

Prices can change with at least 30 days' notice. Existing founder pricing is honoured for its full term.

What Silent Echoes is — and isn't

Silent Echoes gives you live guidance on your tone, pace, disclosures and call flow. It is coaching software.

It is not legal advice, compliance certification, or a guarantee that a call meets CMS or carrier rules. You remain responsible for what you say on your calls and for following the rules that apply to you.

Scores, trust readings and compliance prompts are estimates from your own voice and words, not official findings.

Fair use

Don't use Silent Echoes to record people without the consent your state and CMS rules require.

Don't make misleading claims about the product, don't resell access outside the partner and agency programs, and don't try to break, scrape or overload the service.

We can suspend or close an account that breaks these rules or puts other members at risk. If we do it without cause, we refund the unused part of the month.

Partner and agency programs

Joining as a partner is free. Commission is 30% of what each member you refer pays for their first twelve paid months, then 10% for as long as they keep paying.

A member belongs to whoever's link was on their first paid subscription, and that doesn't change later. Buying through your own link earns nothing.

Refunds and chargebacks reverse the commission they came from. If an agency licence lapses, commission earned through the paid period is still yours, and anything after that is held until the licence is back in good standing.

Commission rates are locked for your first year in the program. After that year they may change with notice, and a change never reaches back into commission already earned.

Commission earned in a month is paid out the following month, once the balance passes the $25 minimum. Smaller balances roll over. Your payout account, including the tax details the payout provider asks for, must be finished before any money moves; the provider issues your year-end tax form.

A free partner account is for selling only. It gives you the seller training, your commission dashboard, demo mode and the media kit — not the coaching product itself, member data, or the ability to change anything in the app. To use Silent Echoes on your own calls, subscribe to a plan. Access included with a partner account may change over time.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in the app before they take effect, and the version you accepted is the one that governs your account until you accept a new one.

No raw audio storage

Your microphone audio is analysed as it happens and then discarded. It is never written to our database, never saved to a file, and never sold or shared.

What survives a call is the numbers and notes: tone and pace scores, disclosure and call-flow checkmarks, and timing markers.

What we hold

Account details: your email, display name, plan, and payment status (card details live with our payment processor, never with us).

Call results: scores, cue history, objection and compliance markers, and session timing.

Transcript text, only for the features you switch on such as Live QA, call library or auto-scoring. You can turn these off.

Usage and security logs used to keep the service up and to spot abuse.

Who else sees it

Our payment processor handles billing. Our cloud and AI providers process text you send to features that need them, under contract and never to train their public models.

If you're on an agency licence, the agency owner sees your activity and score summaries — not your transcripts.

We don't sell your data, ever.

Your control

Settings has a one-click export of everything tied to your account, and a delete that removes your sessions, scores, transcripts and account records.

Deleted data is gone from live systems immediately and from backups within 30 days. We keep the minimum billing records the law requires.

Call results are kept while your account is open unless you delete them sooner.

Subscriptions

Cancel whenever you like. Your plan stops renewing and you keep access until the end of the month you already paid for.

We don't automatically refund a month that has already been used. If you were charged by mistake, charged after cancelling, or couldn't use the product because of a fault on our side, ask and we'll make it right.

Requests on service already used or delivered

If the service was already used or delivered — coaching calls held, a book downloaded, a month of coaching used — the request goes into a pending review rather than being refunded on the spot.

We look at the account, tell you the outcome, and pay approved refunds back to the original card. Pending means no money has moved yet in either direction.

One-time purchases

Coaching sessions: cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead for a full refund. Later than that, or a no-show, goes to pending review.

The Medicare book: refundable while it hasn't been downloaded. Once downloaded, it goes to pending review.

Effect on partners

An approved refund reverses any partner commission that came from that payment. Chargebacks do the same automatically.
