Live coaching demo

Talk for a few seconds and watch the dolphin read your tone, compliance and pacing in real time. Nothing is recorded.

Before Silent Echoes™ listens

  • • Tone analysis runs on this device — audio is never recorded or uploaded for it.
  • • Live QA is separate and opt-in: only when you press “Start Live QA” are short audio windows sent for transcription, and neither the audio nor the transcript is stored.
  • • Only derived numbers (tone score, state changes, cue text) are saved to your account.
  • • You can pause coaching for a single call, or disable it entirely, at any time.
  • • Revoke this consent whenever you like from Settings.

Understanding & compliance

The Client Understanding Indicator watches for long monologues and dense language; the Compliance Communication Monitor checks the disclosures were actually said. Both read the transcript already on screen — nothing extra is captured.

Medicare 2027 checklist

Full CMS briefing

What changes for the 2027 plan year in the four places this monitor listens.

  • Scope of Appointment — 48-hour wait eliminatedWait removed

Was: A beneficiary had to wait 48 hours after signing an SOA before a personal marketing appointment, and SOAs could not be collected at educational events.

2027: The 48-hour waiting period is eliminated and SOA collection at educational events is permitted. The SOA itself is still required, still scoped to the product lines discussed, and still retained.

Same-day appointments are fine — but the SOA still has to be captured and confirmed on the call before you move to a new product line.

  • TPMO disclaimer — trigger is benefits, not the clockNew trigger

Was: The TPMO disclaimer had to be read within the first minute of the call.

2027: The one-minute rule is gone. The disclaimer must be delivered before any discussion of plan benefits.

The monitor now escalates the moment you introduce benefits, premiums, or copays without having read the disclaimer — say it before the first benefit lands.

  • SHIP references removed from the disclaimerScript update

Was: The standardized disclaimer directed beneficiaries to their State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP).

2027: SHIP references are removed from the required disclaimer language for sales calls.

If your script still names a SHIP, it is running on 2026 language. The monitor flags it live so you can retire the old card.

  • Superlatives allowed — misleading claims still are notRelaxed

Was: Superlatives (“best,” “#1,” “lowest cost”) were prohibited without direct supporting documentation on file.

2027: The blanket prohibition is lifted. The prohibition on misleading, inaccurate, or unsubstantiated statements remains fully in force.

You can say a plan is strong. You still cannot promise it is the cheapest or best for them without backing it up — the monitor surfaces superlatives so you can qualify them on the spot.
