30-second baseline
Speak normally for 30 seconds. Silent Echoes measures your neutral level and shifts the thresholds so soft talkers and noisy rooms aren’t flagged unfairly. The audio never leaves this device.
Sensitivity
Normal — the default beta calibration
Currently green at 80+ and yellow at 50+.
Consent & kill switch
Audio is analyzed in real time and never stored. Only tone scores, state changes and cue text are saved to your account.
Coaching enabled
Global off switch — nothing is captured while this is off.
Microphone capture
Required for coaching on your own delivery.
Customer tab audio
Optional. Adds the customer side of the conversation.
Accessibility
Reduced motion
Keeps the colour signal, removes glow pulses and floating particles.
Mute the mascot
Replaces the dolphin with a small text-only status pill.
The widget is keyboard-movable (arrow keys, shift for larger steps) and announces every cue to screen readers.
Your data
No audio or stored transcripts exist to export — Live QA transcripts live only in the browser tab that made them. What you can take is the derived data: your sessions, state timeline, cue ratings and these settings. You can take a copy or erase all of it yourself, at any time.
Deleting is immediate and permanent. Your sign-in account stays, so you can start fresh.
